Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Rajsakhi, a digital marketplace operated in association with the Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad (RGAVP), Government of Rajasthan. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Rajsakhi connects verified women's Self-Help Groups with buyers across India. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

User Responsibilities

When you use Rajsakhi, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account, delivery and payment information
• Keep your mobile number and OTP confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account
• Use the platform only for genuine personal or permitted business purchases
• Not misuse, copy or resell content from the platform without permission

We may suspend or close an account that violates these responsibilities.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy, confirmed once payment is authorised
• Every order item belongs to the Self-Help Group that lists it, so a single order may involve several sellers
• Prices, images and availability may change without notice until an order is confirmed
• Each item may be cancelled free of charge any time before that item ships
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather or remote locations

Payments

All online payments are processed through a secure, RBI-approved payment gateway. Card, UPI and net banking details are handled directly by the gateway and are never stored on Rajsakhi's systems.

Rajsakhi does not offer cash on delivery. An order is confirmed only once payment is authorised.

Intellectual Property

The Rajsakhi name, logo and platform design are the property of RGAVP, Government of Rajasthan. Product photographs, descriptions and craft stories belong to the listing SHG seller or Rajsakhi, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Each product remains the intellectual and cultural work of the artisan who made it, including GI-tagged crafts, which are protected under applicable Indian law.

Limitation of Liability

Rajsakhi facilitates transactions between buyers and independently verified SHG sellers, but is not the manufacturer of the products sold. Minor variations in handmade products are a mark of genuine craft, not a defect.

To the extent permitted by law, Rajsakhi and RGAVP are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delays, stock unavailability or third-party logistics issues beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the State of Rajasthan. Any dispute arising from use of Rajsakhi is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply in full.
