Most Rajsakhi products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before the item is packed for dispatch, from My Orders.

Once an item has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but it may still be eligible for a return after delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions above.

If you cancel before dispatch, any payment already made is refunded in full.

Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch do not incur any charge.

Refund Process

• Once your returned item is picked up, the seller inspects it for quality
• On approval, the refund is issued to your original payment method
• Refunds are typically credited within 3–5 working days of approval

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to the bank account or UPI ID you provide at the time of the return request.

Exchange Policy

Size or colour exchanges are available on eligible products, subject to stock at the selling SHG. Choose Exchange instead of Return when raising your request from My Orders.

If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we will offer a full refund instead.

Non-returnable Items

A small number of categories cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene, safety or made-to-order reasons:
