Rajsakhi is operated in association with the Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad (RGAVP), Government of Rajasthan. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use Rajsakhi, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

Information Collection

We collect information you give us directly, and some information automatically as you use the platform.

• Account details: name, mobile number and email address
• Delivery addresses and phone numbers for your orders
• Order and payment history — card and bank details are handled by our payment gateway and never stored on our systems
• Device and usage information, such as pages visited and approximate location from your PIN code

Data Usage

We use your information only to operate Rajsakhi and serve your orders — never for advertising or resale.

• To process orders, payments, deliveries, returns and refunds
• To send order updates, OTPs and account notifications by SMS or email
• To verify SHG sellers and prevent fraud
• To respond to support requests and improve the platform

We do not use your data for any purpose beyond this platform, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Cookies

Rajsakhi uses a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Disabling non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to browse and shop on Rajsakhi.

Security

Sensitive information, such as bank account details submitted by sellers, is encrypted at rest. Access to personal data is restricted by role-based permissions, and all administrative access is logged and auditable.

Card details are never entered on or stored by Rajsakhi — payments are processed directly by our RBI-approved payment gateway, which meets the relevant card industry security standards.

User Rights

You can access, correct or request deletion of your personal information at any time.

• View and edit your profile details from My Profile
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for optional communications

As a government platform, order and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 3 years as required by the Authority, even if you request deletion of your account.
