Rajsakhi ships handmade products to serviceable PIN codes across India, dispatched directly by the Self-Help Group that made them.

You can check whether delivery is available at your PIN code on any product page before you order.

Shipping Charges

Free Standard ShippingNo delivery charge on any order, anywhere in India

Cash on DeliveryAvailable at no extra charge on eligible orders

Remote & Hill AreasDelivery may take a few extra days for certain remote or hill-area PIN codes

Bulk & Corporate OrdersContact support for custom shipping arrangements on large orders

Delivery Timeline

Dispatch: within 24 hours of order confirmation, since every piece is made or packed to order
Metro cities: 3–5 working days from dispatch
Other and remote areas: up to 7 working days from dispatch

Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you'll receive an SMS with the courier name and tracking number, and can follow live status any time from My Orders or Track Order using your order reference.

Delayed Delivery

Occasionally, deliveries are delayed by factors like weather, regional logistics disruptions or festival-season demand.

If your order is running late, here's what to do:

Check the latest status on the Track Order page
Allow an extra 1–2 working days beyond the estimated date before contacting us
Contact support with your order reference if the delay continues
