Rajsakhi delivers to serviceable PIN codes, and every parcel is sent by the Self-Help Group that made what is inside it.

Check your PIN code on any product page before you order. If it is not covered yet, checkout will not accept the address.

Shipping Charges

Delivery Timeline

• Every item is made or packed to order by the SHG selling it, so nothing ships from a warehouse shelf
• The estimate for your address comes from your PIN code, shown in the delivery box on any product page
• Items from different SHGs travel separately, so one order can reach you in more than one parcel

Tracking Orders

Each item sends an SMS when it ships, carrying its tracking number. You can follow the status any time from My Orders, or from Track Order using your order reference.

Delayed Delivery

Occasionally, deliveries are delayed by factors like weather, regional logistics disruptions or festival-season demand.

If your order is running late, here's what to do:

• Check the latest status on the Track Order page
• Allow an extra 1–2 working days beyond the estimated date before contacting us
• Contact support with your order reference if the delay continues
