Go to My Orders in your account and open the order. Each item carries its own status, from Confirmed through to Delivered, and its tracking number once it ships.
Visit the Become a Seller page, confirm your eligibility (SHG, artisan, cooperative or producer group) and complete the registration form. RGAVP verifies applications within 7–10 working days.
Open the delivered item in My Orders and choose Return this item, inside the return window shown for that product. Pickup costs you nothing, and an approved return is refunded to the method you paid with.

Go to Address Book in your account, then edit an existing address or add a new one. You can set any address as your default delivery address at any time.
